Prince of Peace Regional Catholic School

In 1992, Prince of Peace Regional Catholic School was established in Sayville, New York. (1)  It was located in the former St. Lawrence the Martyr School located at the corner of Main Street and Handsome Avenue. It served the parishes of St. Lawrence the Martyr (Sayville), Good Shephard (Holbrook), Our Lady of the Snow (Blue Point), and St. John Nepomucence (Bohemia) until the Diocese of Rockville Centre closed the school in 2012. In this video, Richard Haberstroh, who currently resides in Maryland, shares his memories of Prince of Peace which he attended from 2000 to 2010.
