New York State Physician Profile
This site will allow you to search for professional information about a physician practicing in NY state. The information will include the doctor's medical education, available translation services at the office and any legal action taken against the physician. Doctors can also provide optional information such as office contact numbers, professional activities and accepted health care insurance.
Professional Medical Conduct and Physician Discipline
The Office of Professional Medical Conduct investigates complaints against physicians, physician assistants and specialist assistants. The site also has a complaint form which you can fill out and file if you feel your medical practitioner has not treated you within the accepted guidelines.
